生态物流的供应链绩效评价

内 容 摘 要
在现代市场经济的热潮中，无论是生产企业还是第三方物流企业，人们更多关注的是经济利益，而忽视经济发展背后所带来的环境、能源可持续发展问题。
本文采用系统分析方法、定性和定量分析相结合的方法、理论与实证相结生态物流合的方法，主要“综合”评价方法建立物流企业绩效评估指生态物流标体系和评价模型。本文对生态物流在国内外研究现状进行了回顾，阐述了供应链管理思想、可持续发展与生态物流发展之间的关系，确定了研究可持续发展背景之下基于供应链的生态物流绩效评价的意义。从而为本篇论文工作提供了理论和分析框架。其次，本文根据供应链理论、可持续发展观念、生态物流的自身特点，从顾客服务、物流成本、运营体系建立了基于供应链的生态物流绩效评价指标体系。然后，分析了目前常采用的绩效评价方法，主要采用“综合绩效”评价的方法，结合指标体系层次结构的特点，建立了绩效评价模型，并用算例进行演算分析，证明了指标体系以及评价方法的实用性和可操作性。总结本文，提出了对物流企业绩效评价研究的展望。

ABSTRACT
In the upsurge of modern market economy, whether manufacturers or third-party logistics companies, people more concerned with economic interests to the neglect of economic development, and brought the environment, energy for sustainable development.

Then, the analysis of the current regular use of performance evaluation methods, mainly the "Comprehensive Performance" evaluation method, combined with targets system-level structure features, the establishment of a performance evaluation model, and example is calculus analysis prove the index system and evaluation method practicability and maneuverability.
