摘要: 现代社会，科学技术高速发展，社会生产力不断提高，人们的竞争意识不断增强，工作的强度越来越大，办公软件与工作效率的差异直接影响到公司自身的发展，功能强大方便快捷的办公软件逐渐为人们所接受。公司资产管理系统的开发正是为了适应这1发展的需要。
公司资产管理系统主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据1致性和完整性强.数据安全性好的库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易使用等特点。
考虑用户和环境的要求，我决定以DELPHI作为应用程序开发工具，以SQL SERVER2000作为后台数据库。Delphi是著名的可视化软件开发工具。特别是它对数据库应用有着很好的支持，选择它来开发信息管理系统是个不错的选择。
整个系统的分析过程都是按照现代软件工程思想进行的，当然受条件和环境限制，有些方面不够完善还需要改进。 我们采用的开发方法是原型化方法，原型化的主要思想是先开发1个相对简单的系统，让用户使用，然后根据用户的意见不断修改系统，直到用户对整个系统满意为止。

A  Management  Information  System  of  Company’s  Asset

Abstract：In the modern society, the development of the science and technology is accelerated, the social productivity has been enhancing continuously, and peoples competition consciousness has been strengthening unceasingly, as well as that the work intensity is heavier, at the same time, the difference between the office software and the working efficiency directly affects the company’s own development. So the convenient office software of good function is gradually accepted by the staff. The exploiture of company asset management system is precisely to gratify the need of development.
The company asset management system mainly includes two aspects which are the establishment and  maintenance of the backstage database and the development of the application procedure of the front. The former is required to establish the data with good coherence, integrality and safety. For the latter, which is required to have self-contained application procedure and be easy to use.
Considering the request of the user and the environment, this text decides to use DELPHI as the tool of the application procedure development, and take SQL SERVER2000 as the backstage database. Delphi is a famous tool for the development of the visualization software, especially that it supports the database application well. And therefore, using it to develop the information management system is a good choice.
The overall analysis process of the system is according to the modern software engineering thought, of course, being limited by the condition and the environment, some aspects are still incomplete and need to be ameliorate. The exploitation method we use is the prototype method, and the main thought of the prototype is to develop a relatively simple system firstly and let the users use ,and then revise the system according to users’ opinions until the users are satisfied with the overall system.

前言
基于现代计算机系统的数据库技术是提高公司资产管理效率的有效方法。
本论文将以研究开发公司资产管理系统信息为课题，来讨论MIS系统的开发和分析过程。公司资产是由公司固定资产和流动资产两部分组成的，公司资产在1个企业是流动的，只是固定资产流动频率稍低，但是我们要随时获得整个企业所有资产的情况，了解它们当前的状态，位置等等信息，如果固定资产和流动资产信息都靠传统方式来记录，不但不方便，而且保存，更新都费时费力。其中公司资产管理涉及到财务、人力资源、设备维护、物资供应，客户关系、营销管理等多方面，企业的良好运作依赖于这些管理过程的协同运作。但由于企业经营的性质、经营的手段不同，不同行业的管理的侧重点有所不同。如果对这些方面不采取有效的管理措施，整个企业将不能顺畅有效运转。在这个信息时代来临之前，我们都是采用人工方法来管理公司资产，效果不好，效率也很低。这篇论文将研究讨论如何利用计算机实现公司资产管理的自动化。
用数据库系统去管理公司资产，上述问题都将得到解决，更为重要的是我们还可以及时得到各种关于资产的统计信息，以便企业管理人员做出正确的决策，这样不但可以提高资产的利用率，还可以节约成本。
该系统采用C/S结构，数据统1存储在数据库当中，这样可以带来很多好处：检索迅速，查找方便，可靠性高，存储量大，保密性好，数据能得到有效的保护。这样能够极大地提高资产信息管理的效率。
因此，开发这1套信息管理软件成为很必要的事情，在下面的论文中将以开发公司资产管理系统信息为课题，来讨论MIS系统的开发和分析过程。
