航空公司机票管理系统
摘要：随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是1个不断发展的新型学科，任何1个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。本系统根据航空公司管理的实际要求，经过实际的需求分析，采用Visual Basic 6.0做为开发工具，以SQL SERVER 2000做数据后台，开发出来的机票销售管理系统。整个系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成航空公司管理的全过程，包括机票信息管理，客户信息管理，航线信息管理，系统管理等管理工作。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点设计思想和系统的详细设计。

Abstract：With more and more widespread and profound application of information technology in management, the implement of management information system has become mature in technology step by step. Managing information system is a new subject. Enterprise needs existence and development, so enterprise activities should be organized efficiently and organically, which means tightening up the enterprise management and strengthening effective management of any resource (staff, finance, property, etc.) internal the enterprise, and also establishing a management information system fitting in with its own characteristics.This system according to actual requirement of airlines management, analysis through actual need, adopt the Visual Basic 6.0 be used as to develop the tool, with the SQL SERVER 2000 do the data backstage. Ticket administrative system of the unit edition developed out.The whole system whole course of airlines management , including the information management of booking tickets, managements such as customers information management , the information management of course , the system management ,etc. The thesis mainly introduced the development background of this topic, finished function and the process of the developments want.The point exp from match the operation simple, interface amity, vivid, practical, safety of request set out, complete the the lained the system design of the point design thought and detailed design of the system.

航空客运业务诞生已有近1个世纪了，作为现有交通工具中最方便快捷的1种，它确确实实地给民众的生活、出行带来了极大的方便。互联网、邮寄机票以及电子机票技术的发展正在改变航空公司的销售业务，使全世界的消费者不出户就可以买到机票。
自910年代以来，因特网技术的飞速发展正在迅速地改变着人们的生活方式，因特网正在由科学工作者的工具变为普通百姓获取信息、进行交流的场所，而因特网的商业应用则尤为引人注目。航空公司在因特网上建立网上售票系统不仅方便了旅客，还节省了航空公司的代理费用，加速了资金周转，这为售票成本居高不下的航空公司带来了无限生机。网上售票的另1优点是扩充了航空公司的销售网点，使航空公司通过因特网将其销售网点扩展到全世界。
航空售票系统将提供机票的舱位实时查询、机票预定等功能，是拓展机票业务的最佳手段，能提高公司的工作效率、 运作成本。因而航空售票系统的开发应用是势在必行的了。
