摘要：新闻发布系统不仅可以使站点维护人员以人机交互式的客户端程序实现对新闻的发布、管理、实时地进行行为统计和记录，而且可使人们获得更多更及时的信息，因此它已成为单位或个人宣传自己的有效方式。新闻发布系统是1个比较典型的文档系统，掌握了新闻发布系统的开发，对于开发其它的文档系统都有很大的帮助。本文内容组织如下：第1章概述，介绍了新闻发布系统及其开发工具，第2章系统需求分析，第3章系统数据库设计，第4章系统的功能分析与设计，第5章系统运行与测试，第6章是结束语。

The News Distribution System
Abstract ：The news distribution system may cause the web station maintainer by the man-machine interactive customer end procedure realization to the news distribution system, the management, real-time to carry on the behavior statistics and the record, it may cause the people to obtain more prompt information as well, therefore it has become the unit or individual propagandizes own effective way. The news distribution system is a quite typical documents system, has grasped the news distribution system development, regarding develops other documents systems all to have the very big help. This article content organization as follows: The first chapter introduces the news distribution system and its the development kit, the second chapter is system requirements analysis, the third chapter is system database design, the fourth chapter is system functional analysis and the design, the fifth chapter is system running and the test, the sixth chapter is the concluding remark.

前言
随着计算机技术的发展，网络技术对我们生活和工作显得月来越重要，特别是现在信息高度发达的今天，人们对最新信息的需求和发布迫切的需要及时性。而现在的世界蕴涵着相当大的信息量，每天的信息搜集、发布、更新都需要投入很大的人力物力。在网络发展的新时代，越来越多的信息在网上发布，新闻作为信息的1个重要主题也不例外。这么大的信息量，如果单纯用静态网页1个1个制作，不仅耗费人力物力，而且新闻本身的时效性也难以发挥出来。所以动态新闻发布及管理系统的产生顺应当前形势的发展，不仅节省人力物力，更加体现了新闻本身的时效性。新闻发布系统的出现大大减轻了网站更新维护的工作量，通过网络数据库的引用，将网站的更新维护工作简化到只需录入文字和上传图片，从而使网站的更新速度大大缩短，在某些专门的网上新闻站点，如新浪的新闻中心等，新闻的更新速度已经缩短到5分钟1更新，从而大大加快了信息的传播速度，也吸引了更多的长期用户群，时时保持网站的活动力和影响力。
目前成熟的新闻发布系统有很多，如著名的v7Content Management Suite(西门子公司采用的系统)，Interwover-TeamSite(http://www.interwoven.com，Cisco公司采用的系统)，产品也得到广泛的应用，例如OpenCMS（http://www.opencms.org）,Zope-ContentManagement Framework(http://www.zope.org)等。国内众多大型门户网站，如网易(http://www.163.com)、新浪(http://www.sina.com.cn)、搜狐(http://www.sohu.com)、首都在线(http://www.263.net)、人民日报网(http://www.people.com.cn）、中国新闻网（http://www.chinanews.com.cn）等，每天甚至时刻进行海量信息的维护，以保持网站内容及时更新，新闻发布系统，起着绝对重要的作用，是当今动态网站内容更新的主要手段。国外更是如此。
