【中文摘要】 水泥混凝土路面由于其强度高、扩散荷载能力强、稳定性好等优点,在我市公路建设中得到了广泛的应用,特别是农村公路。随着我市农村经济的高速发展,车流量和轴载的不断增加,包括近些年修建的水泥混凝土路面也已开始出现不同程度断板、错板、裂缝等结构性破坏,严重影响了正常的交通运输。因此旧水泥路面的改造,已成为目前重庆农村公路建设所面临的刻不容缓的任务。本文结合重庆市的农村水泥公路的特点,从技术原理、施工工效、施工费用三方面对各种水泥混凝土路面破碎技术进行对比分析,得出一种适合重庆市农村水泥公路路面改造的破碎方法—多锤头碎石化(MHB)。从混凝土路面裂缝产生的原因出发,定性的分析了多锤头碎石化(MHB)的破碎混凝土路面的原理,通过有限元软件对破碎过程进行了模拟,对碎石化进行量化分析。模拟不同路况条件下的碎石化,对比不同的破碎效果得出碎石化的适用性条件。碎石化后的混凝土路面因粒径的不同分三个结构层:松散层、碎石化层上部、碎石化层下部,从材料特点和结构特征两方面分别说明它们的强度形成原理。三个碎石化结构层发挥着不同的作用,使旧水泥混凝土面板可以作为上部加铺结构层的柔性基层就地再生利用。最后结合实际,提出一套适合重庆市的碎石化改造农村水泥公路的方法。 

【英文摘要】 Cement concrete pavement have been widely used in road construction, especially in the rural area because of its advantages such as high strength, strong diffusing load capacity, good stability etc. However, with the rapid development of rural economy these years, traffic stream and axle load were increased, the cement concrete pavement began to have some structural destruction as broken, dislocation and cracks to some extent which severely influenced the normal traffic transportation. Therefore, the reform of old cement concrete pavement becomes the first and urgent task of rural road construction in Chongqing.Combining with the characteristics of roads in Chongqing, this paper makes a comparison of breaking technique for all kinds of cement concrete roads from technical principle, construction effects and costs three aspects and gets a breaking method suitable for the roads in Chongqing, that is MHB. It also analyzes the MHB breaking principle qualitatively and imitates breaking process through finite element method which gets the applicable conditions by the breaking effects under different road conditions.The particle size of breaking cement concrete pavement can be divided into three components. The features of material and structure can illustrate the strength formation theory and their strength function as a whole. The structural features of three components of breaking cement concrete pavement determine the function that old cement concrete pavement could be reused as flexible base.At last, this paper proposes a set of plan which is suitable for the reform of rural cement concrete roads in Chongqing.
