基于电子商务我国旅行社的供应链整合
 
摘要:旅游业是信息密集型和信息依托性产业,这1特点决定了信息技术与旅游业之间的深层次互动关系,作为两者结合的产物,旅游电子商务已经并将继续显现出充分的活力和广阔的发展空间。供应链是1个产生于制造业的概念,它所包含的系统化设计理念、协同管理思想同样适用于旅游产品供应过程。近年来,电子商务在全球旅游业的应用飞速发展,我国旅行社电子商务更是方兴未艾,电子商务对供应链产生了重大影响,旅游电子商务的发展促进了旅行社供应链管理的革新。通过整合提升供应链整体实力,是目前旅行社参与电子商务竞争的重要手段。
本文从我国旅行社面临的竞争环境谈起,从旅游供应链内部关系角度对旅行社供应链进行界定,找出电子商务条件下传统供应链的不足。在此基础上,探讨最新的供应链管理理念,提出旅行社供应链整合的3大任务,最后针对这些问题,理论上提出进行内外部整合的基本策略。

The Integration of China Travel Agency’s Supply Chain based on Electronic Commerce
 
Abstract: Tourism is an information-intensive and relies on the information industry. This characteristic has decisive impact between the deep-level interaction of the information technology and tourism. As a combination of both products, Tourism E-commerce has and will continue to fully show the vitality and broad space for development. The Supply Chain is a concept of Manufacture Industry; it contains the idea of systematized design and the coordination management, which is used in the process of traveling product supply. In recently, the application of Electronic Commerce in global tourism industry is rapidly expanding. And in China, the EC of travel agency is in the ascendant. EC has significant influence to the Supply Chain and promote the innovation of the Travel Agency’s SCM. Integrating the Supply Chain to promoting overall strength is an important method that the travel agency participates in the EC competition.
This paper starts from our travel agents facing about the competitive environment. Defining from the tourism supply chain perspective within the travel agency supply chain, identify the conditions under traditional E-commerce supply chain deficiencies; On this basis ,discussing on the latest supply chain management philosophy, proposed travel agencies supply chain integration of the three major tasks; finally, addressing these issues, proposing the internal and external integration of the basic strategy theoretically .
