湖南国旅的电子商务实施方案
摘要: 目前，电子商务正随着Internet的延伸而不断发展。因为电子商务的速度快、环节少、成本低，所以必将成为最理想的商务活动形式。实际运作表明，仅有IT行业策划、运作的电子商务，由于技术精英对其他行业商务规律缺少基本的认识，严重的阻碍了电子商务在其他行业进入实用阶段。显然不能为电子商务的发展提供足够的空间；而仅有传统流通企业运营的网站，也可能因决策者对技术缺少足够的认识而不能与迅速发展的技术同步。应此，IT技术与传统的商务活动的有机结合是实现电子商务规模经济的必经之路。
为了适应社会的发展，传统企业向电子商务转变的趋势越来越明显。本文将主要讨论电子商务在传统的旅游企业――湖南省中国国际旅行社（以下简称为湖南国旅）实施的必要性和方案。首先，本文将对湖南国旅的基本情况进行介绍，并对湖南国旅作为1家传统企业所具有的优势以及目前电子商务在旅游行业中实施的现状作简单的说明；其次，本文将讨论湖南国旅这样的传统旅行社实施电子商务的必要性和动因，具体分析公司为什么需要实施电子商务；再次，本文将讨论湖南国旅实施电子商务可行性方案，具体的从内部和外部进行分析，结合图来说明方案的结构，并提出了在实施的过程中应注意的问题。

The development of the society for the sake of the orientation, the traditional business enterprise is more and more obvious toward the trend that e-commerce change. This text will mainly discuss the province of e-commerce at the traditional tour business enterprise-- Hunan Chinese International Travel Service ;At first,I will introduction to the basic circumstance of the country trip of Hunan, and to the Hunan Chinese International Travel Service is a traditional business enterprise have of advantage and currently e-commerce present condition carry out in travel profession;The second, I will discuss the necessity that the Hunan Chinese International Travel Service carries out the e-commerce and move because of, analyze the company why need to carry out the e-commerce in a specific way;At the supplement, I will discuss the Hunan Chinese International Travel Service implement e-commerce possibility project, combining the diagram to explain the structure of the project, and the problem that put forward to should notice in the process of carry out.
